I was influenced by other peoples opinions and thoughts; stopping myself to really listen to my inner voices.
Nowadays in our decisions, often subconsciously, we are influenced by supposed social expectations and ideas, which, on closer inspection, do not necessarily correspond to our own views or wishes. It is so much easier to make it “all right” and please everyone. But does this really lead to true happiness? My answer is NO!
I´d like to show you that it is worth dare to break out from the usual ways, no matter what others say. To focus on YOU, figure out what YOU really want and then to implement it in all ways – no matter what. I have learned that the only way which leads to true happiness is through oneself.
Come with me on the journey and learn to listen to yourself, to confess to your own path, no matter what others say and thereby become a balanced and happy human being. –You are worth it!
You might wonder how Yoga can help? It dosn´t matter how you look on your mat or how flexible you are; whether you can touch your feet with your hands or not – on the mat the only thing that matters is you and how you can soothe the blurred thoughts. You learn to listen to your heart, to trust the intuition and to accept what is. As a bonus you can look forward to a healthy body being in balance of strength and flexibility.
